Mental Health Skill Building Services

OLA’s home-based adult focused program provides services to adults age 18 and older, who are having difficulty maintaining community stability and independence in the most appropriate, least restrictive environment. Services are provided both within the client’s home and their community.

Goal to promote the development of positive social and family relationships and decrease suppressing behaviors that damage family dynamics by providing intervention services tailored to meet the needs of the individual.

      • Daily Living Skills
      • Social Skills Building Training
      • Health/Nutrition Educations
      • Medication Management Assistance
      • Case Management

Services are provided to Medicaid recipients at NO COST.
